LVL-UP Sponsored Player partnerships are designed for players who play a meaningful role in shaping their local pickleball ecosystem. Our sponsored players are recognised not only for performance, but for leadership, professionalism, and their contribution to player development.

Each LVL-UP sponsorship is individually designed to suit the player, their pathway, and how they engage with the sport.

Who we look for?

Sponsored Player partnerships are suited to:

  • High-level competitive players

  • Coaches and instructors with strong community presence

  • Players actively involved in training, drilling, and development pathways

  • Individuals who represent the sport — and the LVL-UP brand — with professionalism

Sponsored Player arrangements are selective and designed for long-term alignment.

Our approach to sponsorship

LVL-UP does not offer standardised sponsorship packages.

Instead, we work directly with each sponsored player to design a partnership that may include a combination of:

  • Training and competition equipment support

  • Apparel and on-court representation

  • Product testing and early access to new developments

  • Coaching, demonstration, and community engagement support

  • Ambassador-style referral and earnings opportunities

  • Retail, venue, or event collaboration where appropriate

Each sponsorship reflects how the player trains, competes, coaches, and contributes to the pickleball community.

How we support sponsored players

Product development involvement

Selected sponsored players may be invited to contribute feedback on equipment, prototypes, and future product developments as part of LVL-UP’s performance roadmap.

Visibility & representation

Sponsored players represent LVL-UP through on-court use, training environments, and public appearances where appropriate, maintaining a professional and authentic presence.

Training & equipment support

Provision of LVL-UP training equipment, accessories, and apparel to support regular drilling, coaching, and competitive play.

Referral & collaboration opportunities

Where aligned, sponsored players may also participate in:

  • Referral or discount-code programs

  • Coaching-led product demonstrations

  • Introductions to clubs, venues, events, or institutions

All additional opportunities are discussed and agreed individually.

Expectations & alignment

LVL-UP sponsorships are built on mutual trust, clarity, and professionalism. Sponsored players are expected to:

  • Use LVL-UP equipment as part of their regular training and play

  • Represent the brand professionally at sessions, matches, and events

  • Share organic content featuring LVL-UP gear where appropriate

  • Provide considered feedback on performance and durability

  • Act in a manner consistent with LVL-UP values

Expectations are documented clearly as part of each sponsorship agreement.

Relationship structure

All LVL-UP sponsorships are:

  • Non-exclusive, unless otherwise agreed

  • Independent contractor relationships

  • Defined by a written sponsored player agreement

  • Governed by clear conduct, confidentiality, and brand-use guidelines

This ensures clarity and flexibility for both parties.

Grace Sorbello is a passionate and competitive pickleball athlete, competing across PPA, NPL, and MLP Australia. She has played in all four NPL seasons and served as Queensland Division 2 captain in Season 3, and in 2025 she was thrilled to be drafted to the Sydney Smash Challenger team.

With a background as an ex-tennis professional and scholarship holder, Grace brings her love for sport and competitive experience to every game. She is also the Head Tennis Coach at the University of Queensland, where she combines coaching expertise with a commitment to developing the next generation of athletes.
