Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
We want every player to feel confident when buying from LVL-UP Sports. Below are our policies for returns, exchanges, and warranties, tailored by product category. Give us a call or email us if you every need to discuss and we'll do our best to help your in a fair and equitable way.
1. Returns & Exchanges:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
Eligibility: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
Refunds: Processed via the same payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Exclusions: Clearance/final sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Notes:
Apparel must not be worn, washed, or marked.
Paddles must not be used or have the plastic removed from the grip.
Balls must not be used
Shipping:
Customers cover return shipping.
If exchanging, LVL-UP will ship the replacement back to you free of charge within Australia.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
2. Warranty by Product Category
Paddles
Coverage: 4-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g. cracks, delamination, core separation, handle failure).
Not Covered:
Normal wear and tear (edge guard scuffs, cosmetic fading, scratches).
Rattling that does not affect performance.
Damage from misuse, impacts with non-pickleball objects, or extreme conditions (below 5 °C / 40 °F).
Modifications, commercial use, second-hand purchases, or prizes.
Balls
Coverage: Due to the nature of pickleballs, they are considered consumables. Balls are not covered by warranty after play.
Defects on Arrival: If balls arrive cracked or misshapen, contact us within 7 days with photos for replacement.
Apparel
Coverage: 90-day warranty against manufacturing faults (seams, stitching, zippers).
Not Covered: Damage from washing, fading, shrinkage, or normal wear.
Returns/Exchanges: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Bags, Nets & Accessories
Coverage: 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Not Covered: Normal wear (scratches, scuffs, fading), zipper pulls, or damage from misuse.
4. Warranty Claim Process
Email support@lvl-upsports.com.au with:
Order number
Description of the issue
Photos or a short video showing the defect
We will review your claim within 5 business days.
If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion within 10 business days of inspection.
Customers cover return shipping for warranty claims; LVL-UP covers shipping of approved replacements.
